While at the Oktoberfest Fine Arts Festival, which was so much fun, I ran into Margareta who teaches Watercolor class at the Sand Key Sailing Center on Tuesdays from 930am to noon. It's a great class. For more information, please call the Sailing Center at 727-517-7776.
